- You will lead ongoing integration system optimization Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce Sales Cloud systems expertise enabling true integration transparency between systems
- Mentor guide marketing operations team Ownership marketing reporting collaborating stakeholders business collate data sources manage dashboards provide marketer teams actionable insights recommendations improve performance Keep up date latest system upgrades convey changes importance stakeholder user base Lead assessment ongoing training improve overall system use proficiency Maintain holistic view communications sent multiple groups systems including Marketing Cloud Salesforce Commerce Tools Pearson VUE Ownership ISC2 email calendar connecting stakeholders ensure best practice recency frequency targeting manage customer experience Collaborate marketers sales comms team ways accelerating automation capabilities increase team productivity ensure quality campaign development measurement reporting Oversee comprehensive marketing automation journeys mitigate competing messaging targeted audiences Oversee customization process developing dynamic list content Deploy best practices implementing lead grading scoring nurture drip campaigns Drive improvement tracking reporting funnel conversion Lead-MQL-SQL Close Won/Loss Explore social advertising studio other system capabilities help implementation cross-channel campaign strategies Support Salesforce client database maintenance client profiling enable effective cross/upselling efforts
