About Our Client:

Our client is a growing CPG company.

Role Summary:

Responsible for the client's technology suite, leveraging their global technology capability. This includes development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all technology systems including ERP, LAN, Desktop Support, and Business Systems. The role requires influencing multiple stakeholders to achieve technology synergies, efficiencies, revenue realization, and value creation across Operating Units.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and align technology strategy, operations, and budget with business objectives
Achieve efficiencies through leveraging the client's technology solutions
Provide advice on innovative solutions for ERP, Network & Systems Engineering
Ensure comprehensive plan for managing systems architecture and platforms
Identify and liaise with key partners and stakeholders for support structures
Ensure maximum productivity gains through system enhancements
Manage technology policy development aligning with client's policies and controls
Ensure data integrity, systems security, and business operations continuity
Effectively manage risks for the client's Technology
Ensure stable platforms, secure technology operations, and recovery capability
Monitor performance and report to stakeholders
Manage technology service providers
Ensure system enhancements with minimal operational disruption
Manage technology contracts and partner relationships
Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions to operational teams
Lead and oversee technology projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Ensure projects deliver best practice business requirements
Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members
Build a high-performing team

Requirements:

10+ years of progressive IT & Technology experience
Exceptional writing, communication, and partnership building skills
Experience leading and motivating staff, contractors, and external organizations
Strong program/project management skills
Ability to apply technology to meet market needs
Leadership skills to successfully manage teams
Experience in systems strategy development and process improvement
Proven management, financial, and negotiation skills
Credible presence with integrity
US Work Authorization required

Education:

BS degree required or 10+ years in IT, Programming, and/or Networking

Location:

This position is remote with 25% travel expected.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $190000-$215,000 depending on experience and location.
