+ Job Responsibilities: Identify potential opportunities for installment loan products and MSF within CareCredit clients Partner with Account Managers to successfully present sell and onboard strategic mid-market accounts drive utilization Work closely with CareCredit's various sales organizations to drive utilization of MSF & Installment products Assist with research of markets assessment of opportunities for expansion creating growth plans to target with installment loans Collaborate with the product team develop solutions identify any product shortcomings required to move into new markets Partner with client industry marketing develop execute marketing content tradeshow initiatives Provide value added analysis reporting evaluate drive growth in usage Assess performance metrics determine optimal growth strategies Utilize data contribute overall growth strategy Identify trends potential opportunities drive/or develop partnerships enable growth Assure all contractual obligations being met Perform other duties/ special projects assigned + Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's Degree 10+ years experience financial services similar field 5+ years sales/marketing experience financial services similar field track record results Minimum 4 years' experience delivering formal communications senior business leaders key external business partners Ability flexibility travel business as required up 50% including overnight some weekend travel Desired Characteristics Bachelor degree Business Marketing Finance related field Dental Industry experience including marketplace knowledge Experience building relationships Senior Management Understanding installment revolving credit market including credit compliance requirements Knowledge territory/marketplace dealer base Ability identify new opportunities alternative solutions achieve results Conduct effective sale presentations consultative need assessment selling Strong performance track record focus results Highly motivated handle multiple tasks deliver deadlines Experience contact management software In-depth understanding concepts principles basic commercial awareness Analytical thinker excellent communication training skills Proven ability influence corporate decision makers strong negotiating skills Proven ability work remotely independently + Salary $90 ,000 USD Annual eligible annual bonus individual company performance Actual compensation offered posted salary range based upon work experience skill level or knowledge Salaries adjusted according market CA NY Metro Seattle
