Job Description

Engineering graduate with 5-10 years of professional experience working with GE Aero Engines with good structural stress analysis experience
Sound knowledge in FEA fundamentals, Engineering concepts and applications
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
2D & 3D Finite Element modeling of simple, moderate and complex components (Hexahedral & tetrahedral elements)
Linear and non-linear static stress analysis (Geometric, Material and contact Linearity)
Modal, Harmonic and transient Dynamic stress analysis
Strength, stability and Durability of components
Damage tolerance analysis to estimate fracture life
Experience in programming knowledge will be an added advantage
Organize kick-off meetings with customers to understand the project requirements
Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members as needed
Daily/weekly communication with clients, team and other stakeholders on project progress
Review and approve all analytical models and documents

Skills & Experience
ANSYS Mechanical APDL, Finite Element Method (FEM), Stress-Strain Analysis
