Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountant to join our client in the Triad area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in general accounting, strong technical skills, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple properties.

· Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

· Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for each property.

· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property accounting and reporting.

· Collaborate with property managers and other team members to resolve financial discrepancies and address any accounting-related issues.

· Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property expenses and revenue.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience using an ERP system

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
