- Position requires expertise with the SR/OPSEC Program to conduct assessments, produce and track documents and items, ensure compliance, and design training courses
- Assess and develop recommendations for current and future SR requirements by conducting mission and requirements analyses
- Must hold an Active SECRET clearance
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Special Operations as a Signature Reduction Technician
- Graduate of the Advanced Technicians Course (ATC) or the Advanced Planners Course (APC)
- Management experience relating to SR support and life cycle
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to convey challenging nuances in the subject matter
- Top-tier interpersonal skills necessary to build constructive relationships
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
