Job Summary:

• The Lead Medication Assistant organizes resident assistants to ensure residents' plans of care are carried out and documented as directed.
• Delivers age-related care related to physical and psychological needs of adult and geriatric residents per plans of care.

A key communication link with resident assistants. Provides hands-on care to residents, working with additional resources to plan and deliver care. Plays a role in the resident admission process, orientation of new staff and students, and data collection on performance indicators.
Performs tasks delegated by supervising nurses as well as other managers in the blended household. Assists residents with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing,
