Job summary
The Tech One Program (TOP) is a structured career development program for entry-level wind technicians, created through a partnership between industry leaders Sky Climber Renewables and Vestas Americas. Technicians primarily work at a wind site location near home and operate as part of a service team to ensure safe and efficient wind turbine maintenance.Responsibilities
- Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely
- Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment
- Accurately document all work performed
