    We are seeking an individual who has an enterprising spirit that will champion the careers of our Cerologists and business to success. This person must thrive not only on running day-to-day operations but helping the business to grow. This person must be able to confidently manage all aspects of the business from client service, human resource management, local marketing, inventory, fiscal accountability. This person will also be passionate about the beauty industry, engaged in ongoing learning, and enthusiastic about the local community the studio serves.

    JOB SUMMARY:
    The Studio Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operation and management of the business and of leading a team to deliver the ultimate client experience. The Studio Manager will also work closely with the DM to help oversee human resource management, marketing/community outreach, customer service/relationship management, and fiscal accountability. This position requires accessibility including first point of contact 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Client Acquisition, Client Experience, Client Retention
    • Inventory Management
    • Local Marketing, Community Engagement, Local Studio Social Media, and Public Relations
    • Staff Recruitment, Hiring, Management, Development, and Retention
    • P&L Management
    • Process Improvement
    • Execution of System Wide Promotions and Club Orange Loyalty Program Growth and Retention
    • Studio Upkeep which includes but not limited to the following: managing cleaning checklist in accordance with the Board of Cosmetology for the treatment rooms, front lobby, and sanctuary. Identifying and reporting any broken or unsafe equipment in the studio to ensure the safety or employees and clients.
    ROLE SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY:
    This role ensures that the business is running at maximum efficiency, the client experience is delivering on expectations and goals, the staff is receiving applicable training, coaching, development, and the business is operating at a profit.

    The Studio Manager is responsible for oversight of operating according to the laws of the State and ensuring that all Cerologists have the appropriate licenses, abilities to perform the duties assigned, and is adept at delivering a high-end client experience.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
    • 2-year degree or equivalent
    • Effective leadership skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional Customer Service
    • Ability to motivate a team to deliver a superior client experience
    • Set standards and hold team accountable
    • Organized, detail and solution oriented
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously and on time
    • Self-motivated and performance driven
    PREFERRED:
    • Current state licensure; Esthetician or Cosmetologist
    • 2 years business and staff management
    • 2 years beauty industry/salon experience
