Job Description:

Review complex tax returns and resolve technical issues.
Provide innovative tax planning and consulting to clients.
Interact with clients and assist with billing processes.
Develop specialized knowledge in tax subjects or industries.
Coach and mentor staff for professional development.
Participate in professional development sessions and training.
Expand opportunities through community involvement.
Collaborate on proposals and business development.
Adhere to professional standards and client confidentiality.
Travel may be required for business purposes.

Requirements:

CPA or EA certification.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field.
Minimum 5 years of tax consulting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tax preparation software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team.
Valid Drivers License.
