    Job Details:


    • Work 12-hour shifts in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Stepdown

    • Provide intermediate-level nursing care for patients transitioning between intensive care and general medical floors

    • Monitor patients with complex medical conditions requiring closer observation than general medical units

    • Must maintain current RN license and meet national certification requirements for non-licensed professionals

    • Skills-based hiring process with qualification assessments required

    • Position requires expertise in stepdown unit protocols and patient monitoring systems
