    Job Description

    Hawthorn Topgolf Swing Suites Odessa is looking for an enthusiastic organized and dedicated individual to be part of our culinary team. Good utility will help buss tables when possible, unload delivery trucks, help prepare foods as necessary and ensure clean dishes flatware drink ware and pots and pan exceeding customers' needs and expectations.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensures the availability of clean dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware
    • Cleaning equipment as necessary
    • Knowledge of how to use dish machine and proper use of standard three compartment sink
    • Unloading and properly storing deliveries
    • Take out trash when necessary
    • Cleans food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
    • Follow all HAACP and Food safety regulations
    • May help to prepare food according to recipes
    • Operates various kitchen appliance such as an oven, grill, or saute
    • Portions, prepares or arranges food based on recipe standard
    • Assists cooks during the food assembly process
    • Stays open until the last customer leaves
    • Cleans up after kitchen business hours
    • Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
    • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
    • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
    • Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures outlined by management
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • Some working experience as a dishwasher or utility desired
    • Strong communication skills
    • Top Notch time management skills
    • Ability to stand and or walk for 8 hours
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not a requirement
    • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
    • Ability to be on time and in Full Uniform by designated shift start time
    • Must have current TABC and FOOD HANDLERS certification
