    Full-Time

    SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED: $5000k

    The Pharmacy Buyer will have the following job responsibilities:

    • Responsible for coordinating the ordering of necessary pharmaceuticals, supplies, materials, equipment and services required for Pharmacy and various departments of Laredo Medical Center. Ensures hospital values and quality customer service are reflected in all aspects of departmental operations.Responsible for coordinating the ordering of necessary pharmaceuticals, supplies, materials, equipment and services required for Pharmacy and various departments of Laredo Medical Center.     JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

    Full-Time

    The Pharmacy Buyer must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

    • Certification and Licensure as a Pharmacy Technician
    • Registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
    • Five (5) years experience in a healthcare setting
    • Three (3) to five (5 )years purchasing experience may be substituted in lieu of formal training or education
    • Pharmacy Technician License.
    • Must have valid Texas driver's license
    • Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing, Computer literate
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
