    Responsibilities:

    • Data Interpretation: Dive into data, extract valuable insights to guide business strategies and decisions.
    • Client Implementation: Support in onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless transitions and successful integration.
    • Client Communication: Be the primary contact for clients, effectively conveying their requirements and feedback to internal departments.
    • Project Management: Assist in project coordination, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
    • Cross-Functional Communication: Bridge the gap between product owners and developers, ensuring smooth and transparent communication.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, such as requirements, specifications, and user manuals.
    • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance tests to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of products and solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Self-reliant, dedicated, and thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.
    • Proficient in Excel and various data analysis tools.
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Prior involvement in the Medicare Insurance Industry is beneficial.
    • Excellent communication skills to articulate intricate details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Basic grasp of project management fundamentals.
    • Meticulous with strong analytical capabilities.
    • Adept at collaborating with diverse teams and handling multiple tasks concurrently.

    Qualifications:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Knowledgeable about data analysis and visualization tools.
    • Experience in producing documentation and user guides.
    • Familiarity with QA testing methods and best practices.
