    Purchasing Administrator

    The Purchasing Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the procurement team with essential clerical and operational tasks. This position ensures timely and accurate purchases, maintains organized purchasing records, and facilitates communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create purchase orders for direct and indirect materials ensuring accurate pricing specifications delivery terms.
    • Track shipments follow up with suppliers to confirm status resolve changes or delays.
    • Coordinate with Warehouse Logistics teams to verify receipt of goods alignment with purchase orders.
