They have a few lines of business including a large sales call center, and theyre looking to hire a new Corporate Sales Trainer based in Las Vegas. This person must have experience working as a Sales Trainer in a similar, client facing company. This is a fun, growing business that has a family/team-centered culture. Must live in Vegas now - and must be on site 5x a week

Corporate Sales Trainer (On-site in Las Vegas):

? Experience as a corporate trainer for a SALES call center or similar environment is MANDATORY

? Must have excellent communication skills

? Must have experience developing and creating training content from the ground up

? Must be extremely hands-on and able to work with a high volume of employees daily

? Will generate, refine, and update training presentations, resource material, training manuals, reports, etc., from the ground up

? Must be an outside the box thinker who can find creative and thoughtful ways to reach employees, depending on their preferred learning methods

? Salary likely between $60-$80K on the base + bonus potential, benefits, and PTO
