- Provide training for new team members on proposal writing processes
- Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of experience in professional services
- Experience in federal proposals and technical writing
- Advanced skills in Word, Power Point, SharePoint, and PDF
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
- US citizenship required
- Advanced Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro skills
- Experience with editing tools like PerfectIt
- 15+ years of proposal writing and management experience
