    Support the Electronic Health Records Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) program's critical integration between Oracle Health, VA, and non-VA systems using HealthShare HealthConnect.

    • Candidate will provide Deputy Program Management support for the VA's Office of Information Technology (OIT) Middleware Support team (non-technical and technical) for the Oracle Health integration. Candidate will become a trusted advisor to the client and will coordinate and manage schedule, risk, quality, and task priorities in collaboration with the Client and Program Manager. Candidate will create clean communication channels between external partners and the team; and will coordinate communications to resolve potential program blockers.

    • Candidate will serve as APMO Lead to develop processes to meet strategic objectives defined by Program Management through the identification, capture, and reporting of metrics.

    • Candidate will support Scaled Agile Framework and Product Line Management methodologies by maturing development effort and achieve continuous process improvement, operational excellence, and lean and effective processes.

    • Candidate will support coordination with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) at the EHRM-IO, Integrated Testing Services (ITS), and OIT program and project integration levels.

    • Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to communicate with both business and technical staff across all management levels and work well individually and with a team.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • 10+ years relevant work experience

    • Must have experience managing Information Technology related projects.

    • Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies.

    • Must have experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress.

    • Must be able to identify and mitigate risks.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline. 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience in the VA and/or DOD

    • Experience with gathering business requirements and developing technical specifications with focus on project management.

    • Familiarity with implementing Electronic Health Record platforms, or similar systems.

    • Knowledgeable regarding federal policies and procedures required for safeguarding and securing personal identifiable information (PII) and personal health information (PII) data exchange across health IT platforms.

    • Flexibility to work in a matrixed environment of contractor, vendor, and government resources, as well as external organizations.

    • Proven conceptual, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders.

    Compensation:

    • Full-Time Direct Hire
    • Annual Salary: $100,000-$120,000
