    Description

    Excell is seeking a qualified to join their team in Little Rock, US. This position will require overnight travel from Sunday - Thursday. Onsite at client location during normal business hours with travel overnight.

    • The primary focus of this project will be upgrading advanced commercial printers at retail locations.
    • This may include replacing printer parts such as paper feed, power supply, print head, toner drum and transfer belt.
    • Perform complex upgrades and troubleshooting of printers servers hard drives monitor systems providing on site technical support for customers resolving operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
    • Install remove equipment and systems required day-to-day operation of applications equipment serve customer contact on technical service related problems ensure accurate timely resolution schedules transmission online systems problems detected by the employee in a liaison between customers departments organization leading problem resolution change management processes determine most cost effective repair /resolution minimize customer downtime

    You must be able to do extensive traveling via plane car have experience working on commercial printers electronics mechanical aptitude along with basic computer skills operating windows OS networks databases security tools experience MS office suite application rufus server imaging photo printing ability troubleshoot connectivity configure windows some knowledge Windows O S requires excellent communication written verbally key stakeholders leadership partners team members organizations.
    This role is ideal for individuals who can work independently well coordination prioritization multiple tasks while maintaining attention detail quality ensure results fast paced environment serving clients drive organizational goals success.
