    Description

    Job Summary:

    • This position is responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing and treatment of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard physical therapy practices.

    To work as a Physical Therapist at Intermountain Health Holy Rosary Hospital you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills. The goal is to provide patients with the right care tailored to their needs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on both outpatient and acute care cases.

  • We determine patient ability independence reintegration into workplace community after injury illness,
  • Determine specific therapies best suited each individual's health goals requirements continuous monitoring progress reporting updates appropriately Plan includes exercise regimens at clinic home promote flexibility strength endurance relieve pain reduce swelling treat various conditions diagnosis inform prescribers medical staff e.g occupational therapists speech therapists social workers etc Provide supportive rehabilitation environment encourage active participation education training establish collaboration plan continuity successful recovery efforts Our expert team delivers treatments give proper feedback support evidence-based best practice so help individuals live full productive lives As licensed professional in field perform duties job requires meeting standards adhere rules regulations supervision policy set forth management members abide confidentiality.
