Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities
- Support daily BOH operations and service execution
- Lead and coach kitchen staff during shifts
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and ticket times
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and prep planning
- Monitor food safety and sanitation standards
- Help manage labor and kitchen organization
AKM Qualifications:
2+ years kitchen leadership experience preferred. Strong cooking skills and ability to lead under pressure.
Line Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
- Work assigned stations (grill, sauté, fry, pantry, etc.)
- Maintain speed and quality during high-volume service
- Follow prep lists and maintain station organization
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Line Cook Qualifications:
1+ year experience preferred. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dishwasher Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area
- Assist with trash removal and basic cleaning
- Support kitchen team as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $27.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
