Eden Prairie Location
Hiring Multiple Candidates
Seasonal Position (Sunday-Saturday)
Starting at $15.25/hour

JOB DUTIES:
- Work directly on the sales floor and phones daily, connecting with customers and supporting fellow staff members in the selection of products to provide horticultural, landscape, and/or gardening solutions.
- Provide support and answers to customer's questions regarding procedures, products and requests.
- Assist with carryout and cart retrieval.
- Answer the telephone and answer customer questions, provide information and process orders.
- Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to both Bachman's customers and potential customers.
- Build sustained connections with Bachman's customers and potential customer connections by providing accurate, timely, and friendly service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrates excellent customer relations and communication skills is required.
- Must be able to read and write English, perform basic math skills and computer functions.
- High energy level.
- Past retail experience and horticultural experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on work direction.
- Ability to perform routine tasks to high standards, within a seasonally changing environment.
- Work is performed in areas with weather extremes of heat and cold, and wet conditions.
- The position requires standing/walking on hard surface during the entire shift, working at a fast pace.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs. with frequent bending.
