    Company Description

    Mayzon, a consumer products company headquartered in New Castle, Delaware, is looking for a Key Account Associate to join our Channel Marketing team. The Key Account Associate is responsible for developing and executing Sales business plans for assigned accounts and conducting day-to-day account maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, acting as the communication liaison both internally and with external customers

    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • Develop and execute sales business plan for assigned accounts
    • Routine travel during bi-yearly trade show season and as needed to accounts
    • Daily account maintenance for assigned customers, including customer compliance, shipping/order

    inquiries,

    • information requests, customer database maintenance, etc.
    • Serve as primary internal communication liaison between Customers and Sales to Operations,
    • Purchasing/Inventory Control, Marketing, Customer Service, Accounting, etc. regarding customer needs,
    • requirements and preferences.
    • Manage all aspects of trade show preparation and execution, including sales materials, sample

    coordination,

    • booth coordination, managing rep team, selling, orders and after show follow through on new opportunities
    • Prepare sales related presentations for customer meetings and line reviews
    • Collaborate with forecasting to ensure ongoing forecast accuracy

    Education and Experience:


    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field and 2-4 years in Inside Sales or Channel Marketing


    • 5+ years in inside Sales or Channel Marketing in lieu of degree.

    Our ideal candidate would have:


    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently


    • Flexibility to travel regularly in support of sales activities


    • Develop interpersonal and public speaking skills, and the ability to drive strategy through sales presentations


    • Proficienciency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


    • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality


    • Highly developed problem-solving skills and ability to follow an issue through to resolution


    • Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of an organization


    • Previous experience with corporate retail customers preferred
