    The Senior Human Resources Manager for Cytiva is responsible for providing support and partnering with the business.

    This position is part of the Human Resources team located in Pensacola, Florida and will be onsite. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

    What you'll do:
    • Develop, implement and lead key HR initiatives, and drive functional excellence within our manufacturing sites. Implement strategic initiatives and support the change management process.
    • Partner with and guide business leaders on complex business and employee relations matters. Influence others to embrace and adopt various points of view.
    • Accomplish HR deliverables through a continuous improvement mindset. Ensure systems, policies, and procedures are followed according to company standards and country laws.
    • Create guidelines and have responsibility for site HR management activities such as recruiting, talent management, retention, development, and DE& I initiatives.
    • Advance organizational capabilities and effectiveness through strategic evaluations of structures, competencies, and headcount. Proactively identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to enhance business operations.
    Who you are:
    • Experienced HR Business Partner with five or more years of experience partnering within a large multinational global organization, with a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or similar.
    • Someone who has current or prior experience providing site based HR leadership for plant based operations that includes HR oversight for a minimum of employees and oversight for multiple locations.
    • A leader who has broad understanding of the technical and functional components of Human Resources.
    • HR professional who understands US Federal and state laws, including government requirements.
    • Have the ability to work onsite in Pensacola, FL and travel to other manufacturing facilities as required.
    It would be a plus if you also possess:
    • PHR/SPHR or other HR accreditations
