$95,000 - $120,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary
A Senior QA Analyst will coordinate and execute projects, including setting up process flows, identifying and documenting potential issues, generating testing strategies, developing and maintaining test scripts, and providing valuable QA feedback to developers.
Work closely with developers, providing feedback on what needs improvement in order to produce top-quality software to meet customer expectations
Document, execute and evaluate test results
Review test procedures and develop test scripts
Partner with QA Developer to develop effective test plans
Test management software experience
Track Testing Metrics
All other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Basic Requirements
Minimum of 5 -7 years of QA experience
Follows Agile Methodologies and SCRUM process
Experience in project management and QA approaches
Great written and verbal communication to QA development peers and to technical leadership
Critical thinking
Follows Enterprise guidelines and standards
Proven experience with the principles of systems administration
Ability to work on a regular and predictable basis
Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to analyze problems and identify alternative solutions
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple projects and team members
