- Project start-up: complete new project updates in Procore system, distribute initial drawings and plans to all required team members, assist Project Manager with insurance and permits as needed, send Superintendent Field team toolkits
- Schedule calls and meetings with internal and external project team members to ensure consistent communication flow throughout the duration of a project
- Assist with buyout process
- Review, process, and distribute submittals via Procore
- Create and distribute weekly reports as requested by Project Manager
- Process and maintain RFIs in Procore
- Prepare, process, and distribute subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders
- Assist in preparation of closeout package process: collect documentation from subcontractors, vendors, architects, clients, and members of the internal project team
- Other job responsibilities as assigned
- Occasional travel to project site as needed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- At least 2 years of professional work experience, preferably in construction
- Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and other construction drawings
- Excellent MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, d Outlook skills required
- MS Project, Procore, and Timberline/Sage experience preferred
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage their time well on tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Strong presentation skills
- Team-player and ability to build relationships well across the organization and team
