About CTL
CTL Companies is a 40-year Colorado-based firm specializing in lighting, electrical, and integrated systems for luxury residential clients. We are expanding our decorative lighting and shading division and launching a boutique showroom in the Castle Rock area.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lighting Specialist with decorative lighting showroom experience. This is a client-facing, design-driven role focused on luxury residential projects, with responsibility for design execution, business development, and helping grow our decorative lighting division.
Responsibilities

• Lead decorative lighting and shading consultations.
• Specify fixtures and window coverings aligned with design intent.
• Develop proposals, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with homeowners, designers, architects, and builders.
• Actively pursue business development opportunities and build referral relationships within the design community.
• Help develop and expand CTL's decorative lighting and shading business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives.
• Support the development of our new boutique showroom.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of decorative lighting showroom experience.
• Strong design eye and experience with luxury residential projects.
• Comfortable networking and developing new client relationships.
• Confident, organized, and self-directed.
• Automated window covering experience helpful

Competitive compensation based on experience.
Compensation: $50, $70,000.00 per year
