Job description
United Schools of Indianapolis (USI) is seeking exceptional teachers who are committed to ensuring every child develops the academic foundation, social skills, and work habits necessary for long-term success. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A valid Indiana teaching license.
- Experience supporting children in developing foundational academic skills.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum and content.
- The instructional and classroom management skills necessary to support diverse learners at varying skill levels.
- A commitment to engaging families and the broader community in students' academic and social development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Performance-Based Bonuses
