Job summary
We are seeking a Financial Counseling Rep I to join our team at R1 RCM Inc. This is an entry-level position that requires no experience.The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key responsibilities include initiating process for collecting prepays due, identifying hospital programs for patients unable to meet their financial obligations, and working with case management staff to assist patients with completing assistance program applications.
Other duties may include performing all other duties and projects as assigned by manager.
