    Description

    This position is responsible for processing a variety of types of mortgage loans from upfront file review through funding.
    We are currently accepting resumes for future employment opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum five years mortgage processing experience, and seeking a longterm mortgage career
    • Knowledgeable in at least conventional, FHA, and TX refinance programs (additional loan program knowledge is great jumbo, VA, MCC, DPA, USDA)
    • Familiar with running and reading LP and DU findings; familiar with AllRegs, Fannie and Freddie guidelines, and investor overlays
    • Able and willing to work file from LO handoff through to funding, including prior to underwriting review
    • Demonstrated ability to calculate income for hourly and salary wage earners including overtime and bonus, self employment income, rental income, and retirement/pension/annuity/social security income
    • Demonstrated track record of effective verbal and written communication; accustomed to being main point of contact with borrower
    • Demonstrated ability to process a minimum of 1520 files per month, and work outside normal 95 business hours
    • Detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a fastpaced environment
    • Professional, friendly, courteous, positive, and collaborative spirit that embraces diversity and inclusion
    • Able to work flexible work hours (this is not always a 95 position)
    • Exceptional customer service skills must currently be interacting with clients to obtain documents, discuss conditions, and update clients on loan status
    • Analytical mindset and problem solving skills
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
