- RYA Senior Dinghy and/or Windsurfing Instructor
- RYA Instructor in the discipline opposite to Senior Instructor
- RYA Safety boat or Powerboat Instructor
- Additional qualifications preferred (Intermediate Windsurf Instructor, Advanced Dinghy, Multihull, Foiling etc.)
- International Certificate of Competence
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- UK/EU passport holder and UK/EU bank account
- UK National Insurance or EU Social Security number
- Act as the RYA Chief Instructor for the resort and a prominent figure for the waterfront
- Ensure adherence to Mark Warner and RYA standards by the waterfront team
- Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the waterfront area and equipment
- Create and manage the staff schedule to provide a comprehensive program for guests
- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance of the beachfront
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with waterfront activities
- Compile weekly reports
- Conduct safety briefings and provide information to guests
- Participate in the resort welcome meeting and end-of-week presentations
- Assist in the overall operation of the resort and collaborate with other departments
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Establish effective communication channels with various departments, including hotel staff, local suppliers, and head office

As the Waterfront Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing our waterfront department to ensure top-notch safety, service, and instruction. Your exceptional leadership and communication abilities will be key in motivating our waterfront team to strive for excellence. You'll be responsible for mentoring and nurturing the growth of instructors, empowering them to deliver outstanding service to our guests. With your extensive management experience in the water sports industry, you'll bring valuable expertise to our team.
