Now Hiring: Community Support & Sales Associate
Full-Time & Part-Time | Riverside County | Paid Training + Incentives
About the Role
Do you love talking to people, staying active, and making a real difference in your community? We're hiring friendly, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Community Support & Sales Associates.
In this role, you'll represent affordable telecommunication services while connecting directly with residents across Riverside County. No prior experience? No problem We provide full training, all materials, and mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
-
Attend community events, pop-ups, and public locations to meet local residents

Share details about affordable telecom services and assist with sign-ups
-
Guide customers through onboarding and answer basic service questions

Ensure a positive, professional experience for every community member

Maintain outreach setup and report progress to supervisors
-
Attend weekly in-person team meetings at our Irvine office
Who We're Looking For
-
18+ years old with reliable transportation
-
Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between locations
-
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
-
Dependable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
-
Smartphone with internet access for daily reporting
-
Background check required
-
Previous customer service or outreach experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
-
Hourly pay: $16.50–$25.00/hour (based on experience & performance)

Performance-based bonuses and weekly incentives

Flexible full-time or part-time schedules

Schedule
-
Full-time: 35–40 hours/week

Part-time: Flexible hours (minimum availability required)

Daytime shifts; some weekends preferred
