- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, catheterization, and administering injections
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and selfcare techniques
- Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting
- Current LPN license in the state of West Virginia or compact license
