    Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

    Job Summary:

    The Senior Analyst in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) will play a crucial role in our investment banking division, focusing on the origination, structuring, and execution of equity offerings. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of market trends, extensive financial modeling skills, and a proven ability to manage complex transactions.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in equity markets.
    • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate different financial structures and scenarios for equity offerings.
    • Collaborate with the deal team to prepare and execute public offerings and private placements of equity.
    • Engage with clients to develop equity storylines and investment theses for potential investors.
    • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure transactions meet regulatory standards.
    • Produce pitch books and presentation materials for client meetings, roadshows, and other marketing efforts.
    • Monitor the performance of issued equity securities and provide post-deal analysis and reports.
    • Support senior staff in client relationship management and business development activities.
    • Stay current with industry regulations and maintain a high standard of professional and ethical conduct.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, specifically in equity capital markets or related areas.
    • Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical techniques.
    • Strong understanding of equity securities and capital market trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
    • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
