    Position Summary:
    We are looking for a

    contract


    Senior Business Systems Analyst or Product Manager who will be responsible for working with clients and internal development teams on projects ranging from UX/UI, design system, and CMS integration with eCommerce.

    This person will be tasked to committed outputs in documentations and deliverables for discovery and user stories.

    Responsibilities:
    Work with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies
    Establish and foster stakeholder relationships and manage client expectations
    Lead the assessment of client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, and documenting changes) to prioritize immediate business needs
    Lead the development and communication of business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions
    Provide recommendations for business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology
    Articulate and confirm understanding of business requirements to IT
    Plan and facilitate requirements workshops
    Develop use cases, user stories, and other artifacts
    Investigate problems and develop recommendations for resolution
    Establish measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business goals
    Ensure requirements meet client needs while remaining within the defined project scope
    Develop test cases for User Acceptance Testing
    Maintain documentation on system functionality
    Complete other duties as assigned

    Requirements:
    At least 3-5 years in retail eCommerce working on Agile delivery environment
    Exposure to design library concept or any type of CMS integration with ecommerce
    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
    3-4 years of technical business analysis experience
    High level of business acumen coupled with technical knowledge
    Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    In-depth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes
    Ability to foster relationships across different business units as well as with clients
    Proven ability to successfully manage complex project deliverables
    Experience working within a defined SDLC

    Preferred Skills & Technologies:
    Experience with project management tools, enterprise-level content management systems, software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ADA accessibility tools
    Experience with translating business requirements into workable ADA complaint business solutions
    Familiarity with at least one of accessibility validation techniques using tools such as Accessibility Management Platform, AXE Chrome Plugin, FireEyes, Total Validator, WorldSpace
    Experience utilizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
