    Job Description: Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The Front Desk Coordinator will play a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Front Desk Operations:
    • Greet visitors and guests with a warm and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service and directing them to the appropriate person or location.
    • Answer incoming calls, screen and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, and take messages as needed.
    • Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, monitoring visitor access, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
    • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including managing mail and package deliveries, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with document preparation and filing.
    • Assist with office-related tasks, such as ordering office supplies, coordinating catering for meetings and events, and arranging travel accommodations for staff.
    • Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as a central point of contact for internal communication, disseminating relevant information and announcements to employees and coordinating communication with external parties.
    • Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers to address facility-related issues, schedule maintenance and repairs, and ensure the efficient operation of office equipment and facilities.
    • Customer Service and Hospitality:
    • Provide exemplary customer service to all visitors, clients, and employees, anticipating their needs and ensuring a positive experience during their interactions with the firm.
    • Assist with hospitality-related tasks, such as arranging catering for meetings, preparing conference rooms, and providing support during corporate events and gatherings.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or hospitality management is a plus.
    • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both in person and over the phone.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone system, fax machine, copier).
    • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
