    Description
    The Role
    Team Leaders embrace a two-fold responsibility as a leader and a team member.

    In leadership, you will collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the seamless execution of operational protocols such as:

    scheduling, training, and overseeing Team Members to guarantee that every patron relishes a warm, meticulously-crafted product comprising top-tier ingredients, all within an inviting and clean restaurant.

    Qualifications

    Must be at least 18 years of age
    High school diploma equivalent
    At least 6 months employment in a similar industry
    Driving is part of for this role: You must have a valid drivers license with liability insurance, a good driving record (pending a background check)
    Build strong working relationships with Team Members & Managers
    Past success in a team setting with strong leadership skills
    Food Safety Certification (may vary based on city, county and state requirements)
    Food Handlers Certification


    Requirements:
    Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
    Maintain a standing position throughout the entirety of your shift.
    Perform occasional tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, shaking, stirring, pouring, carrying, and pushing.
    Read orders from tickets, menu boards, receipts, and other documents.
    Engage in frequent contact with water, cleaning solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items.
    Adhere to regular handwashing practices.
    Utilize computers, telephones, and office equipment effectively.
