- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase market share.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to effectively showcase our properties and attract travelers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, evaluate competition, and optimize pricing strategies.
- Manage online presence, including websites, social media accounts, and online booking platforms. Develop content and campaigns to engage the audience and increase visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Out-perform direct competitors with rational and competitive pricing, distribution strategy backed by targeted marketing, and careful management of hotel inventory to maximize topline revenue and yield high net profits.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the property management, real estate, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
- Team-oriented leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, familiarity with property management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
