The Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) program at Mercy College of Ohio is seeking an experienced and skilled Physician Assistant to serve as the Assistant Program Director.

This leadership role plays a critical part in ensuring the academic and operational success of our PA program. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.

• Mentors new and existing faculty members while maintaining a collegial academic environment;
• Collaborates on data collection activities related to assessment, student outcomes, continuous improvement initiatives within established curriculum frameworks;
