Job summary
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our expanding team in the USA. The Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk is responsible for managing the company's vendor invoices and expense reports. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of financial transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
- Prepare payments (checks, ACH,wire transfers) in accordance with payment terms. < li>Maintain vendor recordsand resolve discrepancies or payment issues .< / li > < br >
