- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support needs in the US timezone, helping reduce delays caused by time differences
- Provide front‑line technical support for users: password resets, hardware/software troubleshooting, account issues, and system access
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding (equipment setup, account provisioning, and deactivation)
- Administer and maintain access control across a variety of tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, GitHub, etc.)
- Support office network infrastructure, including Wi‑Fi, routers, VPN, and conference room AV equipment
- Provide local support for the US business unit: system access, tool maintenance, and migration to LoopMe infrastructure
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and enforce hardware lifecycle processes
- Coordinate with the global IT team on broader initiatives and security compliance efforts
- Support documentation and automation of repeatable IT tasks
- Previous IT support and systems administration experience in a SaaS or tech company
- Strong troubleshooting skills in macOS and Windows environments
- Solid experience with access and identity tools (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, MDM like Jamf/Kandji)
- Basic to intermediate network administration knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
- Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal oversight due to timezone separation
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Engineering, PeopleOps, and Security teams
- Familiarity with AdTech infrastructure is a strong plus, but not required
