    Description:
    The Brand Manager is accountable for bringing the brand to life across key customer communication touchpoints.

    The Brand Manager contributes to new product launches and integrated brand activation plans including online and offline elements to maximize conversion and sell-through, with the assistance of direct reports and cross-functional teams.

    Lead the planning, organization, development and execution of all POS programs along with the implementation of shelf management programs with display and point of sale materials.

    Additionally, assure product placement in a rewarding buying experience, especially during active promotional periods, with adequate product support materials and engaging initiatives across all traditional, modern and onmichannels.

    Specific Responsibilities
    Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    Main Responsibilities:
    Recommend clear objectives for brand communication and a vision for short/long term success.

    Partner with the VP of Marketing to develop a regional brand activation strategy, including customer programs, product communication at shelf & strategies designed to covert the shopper.

    Execute marketing plans based on category & customer strategies for the upcoming year.
    Track key A&P (Consumer/Trade Promotions) budget.
    Test-and-learn opportunities within communication vehicles to find leverage points for scale & impact.

    Create/produce content and relevant assets to feed social media, DTC & all required channels to accelerate conversion & elevate brand awareness.


    Insights:
    market analysis/consumer research to support product programs.

    Work closely with the VP of Marketing, E-Comm Director & Consumer Marketing Managers to develop a full year promotional calendar to meet brand/portfolio priorities.

    Execute promotional events & package at major key accounts, build partnerships with complementary brands.
    Agency / Supplier Management
    Assign projects to agency partners, using clear and effective creative briefs.
    Coordinates/participates in agency & internal reviews.
    Brand Stewardship
    Activate brand activities in accordance with the brand identity guidelines process, such as consumer promotions materials, POP & campaigns.
    Ensures marketing communications & marketing adaptations are on-strategy/consistent.
    Website and Digital Content

    Create, implement & maintain all branding aspects of Collaborate with E-commerce to support PDP, landing pages & promotion creative.

    Collaborate with Consumer Marketing on the creation of assets for CRM email marketing, swag, social media programs & campaigns.

    Support efforts & synergy with E-commerce to maximize use of resources, leverage content creation & support all activations campaigns (omnichannel).

    Qualifications & Requirements
    Four-year College/University degree
    5+ years of marketing and/or general management work experience
    Has experience with cross functional team structures
    Bilingual (Spanish & English)
    Up to 20% international travel required
    Experience & Skills
    Marketing agency experience required
    Digital / social media exposure
    Translate marketing objectives into strategies and plans. Proven success in executing a comprehensive marketing plan that is integrated across multiple consumer touch points, including at point-of-purchase
    Launch new products from concept through commercialization and in-market success
    Strong executional background
    An analytical mind with a strategic ability
    Excellent communication skills, written and oral
    Proven ability to work on and lead a cross-functional team
    Experience with computer programs & softaware like: Adobe, Canva, Smartsheet, Slack, among others
