Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor- 1st Shift for our Indianapolis, IN facility.Daily Remanufacturing management including staffing, daily production metrics and costs Employee training on key e-reman processes to ensure compliance Hourly employee hiring and development Ensure equipment uptime and on-time deployment / launch of e-reman products Schedule daily production builds to ensure 95%-line fill rate for AM business Development and deployment of continuous improvement activities within the e-reman manufacturing business Manage MDS and health and safety requirements Maintain OSHA standards and document all issues/corrective actions Identify and execute all corrective actions
Qualifications
- Minimum Associate's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years experience managing hourly associates in a manufacturing environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
- No relocation is available for this position Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of Indianapolis, IN to be considered Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
