This role is CTHJob DescriptionPrepare,maintain, andexecute test cases based on epics and releases; present resultsand supervisedefects to closurePrepare,maintain, andexecute scripts for manual testingReview testcases /manual testing approach with team members to ensurecomprehensive coverage andacquire feedbackTrack testexecutionbreakthroughs, report on issues and risks with the potential toaffect projecttimelinesConstructappropriateend-to-end business scenarios through the application of a broadunderstandingof business objectives and goalsCollaboratewithdelivery pipeline teams to drive adoption and resolve openissues.

Identifydependenciesfor environmental and data requirements; lead and maintainenvironment anddata.

Providementorship tocolleagues related to test coverage and test casesDevelop adetailedunderstanding of the product being deliveredResponsible forprocess compliance & associated documentationAligns risk andcontrol processes into day-to-day responsibilities to superviseand mitigaterisk; calls out appropriatelyQualifications:Bachelor'sdegree inComputer Science and/or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 6+years ofrelated IT experience.
Minimum of 2yearsexperience leading large scale testing efforts or programmanagementIntermediateExcel(V-Look ups, Pivot Tables)

Experience withManualtesting/User Acceptance testing and Test EngineeringmethodologiesExperience withtestdata management is a plusDetailedunderstandingof smoke testing, as well as regression testingExperience inestimating, prioritizing, and planning testing activitiesIn depthknowledge ofthe SDLC and STLC lifecyclesPreferably fromtheCapital Market domain with proven understanding of tradelifecyclesEye forbusiness withknowledge of Financial Risk Management or strong desire to learnExperienced inAgile/Waterfall, onsite/offshore work model and coordinationExperiencepresentingto business users/stakeholdersPMP, CSM,CSPO,orPMI-ACP a plusRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
