voor een
grote internationale speler
in
Hoboken
.
Als Project Engineer Piping werk je direct op de werf en sta je in
nauw contact
met de
site manager, de project manager en onze klant . Je bent
verantwoordelijk
voor de
organisatie
en
leiding
over projecten die variëren in omvang van klein tot zeer groot. Dit omvat het
coördineren
van werkkrachten, materieel en middelen. Afhankelijk van de grootte van het project heb je de leiding over een deel van of alle werkzaamheden. Je rapporteert je vorderingen en bevindingen rechtstreeks aan de site manager.
Bij SPIE krijg je aan de hand van een
individueel begeleidingsprogramma
de mogelijkheid om te
groeien
van project engineer richting
project manager .
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
Analyseren van technische documenten om de omvang van de werken te bepalen.
Informatie en documenten verzamelen, waaronder tekeningen, datasheets, foto's, en specificaties, om een gedetailleerd plan van aanpak op te stellen.
In samenspraak met de klant, technische oplossingen gedetailleerd uitwerken en werkpakketten samenstellen.
Bepalen van de benodigde materialen en middelen, en deze intern of extern bestellen.
Onderhandelen en afspraken maken met externe firma's en huiscontractoren om projecten veilig en kwalitatief op te leveren.
Prijsaanvragen en offertes van leveranciers beheren en evalueren.
Opstellen en bewaken van de projectplanning.
Bewaken van meer- en minderwerken cfr. de offerte.
Het opstellen van isometrische tekeningen en werktekeningen wordt gezien als een plus.
Aanpassingen op P&ID's markeren waar werkzaamheden op het bestaande systeem plaatsvinden wordt beschouwd als een plus.
Je hebt een
Master in een technische richting
(bv. Elektromechanica) en minstens
2 jaar werkervaring
achter de rug.
Je bent
communicatief
sterk en in staat om effectief te onderhandelen en samen te werken met externe partijen.
Je bent
nieuwsgierig, leergierig en gemotiveerd
om je te verdiepen in de wereld van de
piping .
Je spreekt Nederlands met een goede kennis van het Engels.
Je kan je
aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden
en bent een echte
teamplayer.
Je bent in het bezit van een
VCA-VOL -attest
of bent bereid deze te behalen.
