We are seeking a hard-working and passionate Maintenance Technician to join our team at AVE. As a pioneer with us, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a rapidly expanding organization that values quality, uniqueness, excellence, service, and teamwork.*$500 SIGN-ON BONUS*New maintenance team members who are in good standing with performance and attendance will be awarded a $500 sign-on bonus ($250 to be paid out in the first paycheck of employment and the remaining $250 to be processed upon the 90th day of employment). Must sign an offer letter by 2/28/26 to be eligible.
*Job Responsibilities For Maintenance Technicians At AVE
- Follow AVE standard operating processes and procedures.
- Perform various maintenance functions including but not limited to: painting caulking HVAC repairs lock repairs window door repairs electrical repairs appliance repairs preventative maintenance changing light bulbs filters batteries etc. . › ，＝ ＜＞
Complete suite make-readies utilizing AVE Maintenance Technician checklist in a timely fashion. This includes but not limited to painting caulking carpet shampooing carpet furniture placement cord coordination etc.
Service Requests - complete residents service requests within 24-hour periodAssist with the organization and cleanliness of maintenance shop remove garbage dailyInventory Control - communicate to Maintenance Manager when supplies are neededTrash removalMaintain clean organize garbage enclosures dumpsters garage compacter rooms including deodorizing power washing as needed or directed by Maintenance ManagerMaintenance Coverage after hours - Maintain Technicians schedule execute on call rotation among maintainanance team members ensure someone is always available handle service requests outside normal business hoursCommunity Emergencies - Maintain Technicians responsible for emergencies may arise outside normal business hours e flood fire power loss etc.Snow Removal responsible ensuring community clear accessible during snow fallsJob description
