    Job Details:

    • Work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
    • Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call responsibilities divided among current staff
    • Handle 20-23 cases per day on average
    • Work across all surgical specialties including orthopedic, gynecological, and general surgery
    • 1:1 patient ratios maintained
    • Experience with Da Vinci XI robotic surgery required
    • Work with Stryker Mako Robot for joint replacements
    • Handle various procedures including bariatrics, plastics, urology, and gynecological cases
    • Float to inpatient units during low census periods
    • May float to optional locations: St. Luke's South Shore, Grafton, West Allis
    • 3-5 days of orientation provided with preceptor
    • EPIC charting system experience required
    • Work with equipment including Alaris, Pyxis, iStat-Hemochron, and GE C-Arm
    Holiday expectations: 1 holiday per year

    This 228-bed healthcare facility operates as a Level IV Trauma Center with a Level III NICU and Advanced Comprehensive Stroke Center.

    The surgical department features 14 operating rooms and serves as a GYN teaching facility. The facility maintains strong support systems with team-oriented culture and excellent relationships between surgical technologists, nurses, and physicians. The organization provides comprehensive surgical services across multiple specialties with advanced robotic surgical capabilities.
