The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the customer's experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's KPIs.+
Responsibilities
- Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details- Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process- Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements-, processes-, metrics<+,valid_job:1} As I was not able to determine an appropriate currency code from your input I returned an empty string for remunerations_currency field so you may want to add more information about currencies if possible.
