We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for a temporary role to cover a medical leave. Position will be working onsite.

Pay $30-32 per hour

Responsibilities for the

Payroll Specialist:
Will be responsible for processing weekly payroll for 200+ EEHandle the certified/prevailing wage payroll Will enter all payroll data into QuickBooksSort and organize all the daily timesheets submitted by supervisorsCalculate fringe payments for the weekNew hires, terminations, manual checks Assist with payroll audits

Requirements for the

Payroll Specialist:3+ years of payroll processing experienceExperience with certified/prevailing wage payrollUnderstanding of union agreementsQuickBooks Desktop experienceIntermediate Excel skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to details
