SmileMD (a subsidiary of OFFOR Health) is an office-based anesthesia group specifically caring for the pediatric Medicaid population for operative dentistry.

Most of the kids would otherwise wait 6-12 months to receive care in a hospital. Our mission is to care for those who need us most. All of our care is provided in a dentist's office.
Full-time W2 Anesthesiologists ($400K Annually)
Part-Time 1099 Anesthesiologists ($275/Hour)
Flexible Schedule
Predictable work hours - NO Nights, NO Weekends, and NO On Call
Many work with us as a supplement to their hospital jobs.
3-Person care team model with a paramedic and RN assisting for the day

Enthusiastic individuals who would enjoy the friendly and unique world of office-based anesthesia
